East Herts District Council have recently overhauled their bin collection system.
Lots of residents have already contacted me about this, so now I want to hear from as many people as possible what their experience has been like, and what you think of the changes.
I'll be bringing this feedback to the Council and will seek to resolve any ongoing issues.
